Edmund Frank Byer, Sr., 89 of 3717 Upper Rich Patch Rd., died on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Highland Ridge Rehab Center in Dublin, VA.
He was born March 11, 1927 in Alleghany County, a son of the late Daniel Carper Byer and Mary Fridley Byer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Goldie Byer in 2006 and also 4 brothers, three sisters, and three great grandchildren.
